Graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute in 1968 as Master of Chemical Engineering, Mr.Jiang Zhong-qin engaged in technological work in the field of petrochemical industry over a long period of time.

Entering the field of service trade in the early 1989, he was in China Yanshan United Foreign Trade Co., Ltd., as General Manager.

Joining PEC International Leasing Co., Ltd., (Sino-Foreign EJV) as the First Executive Vice President in May 1992;

Joining the Xin De Telecom International Venture’s Co., Ltd. (Sino-Foreign CJV) as Executive Vice President in October 1998;

Joining Founder International Leasing Co., Ltd., (Sino-Foreign EJV) as General Manager in July 2005.

Joining GUB Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. (WOFI) in April 2007 as Senior Vice President.

Retired from management team in April 2008, he was in LSLQ Consulting (Beijing) Service as Vice President.

He was appointed Vice Chairman of the Leasing Business Committee (“LBC”) of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (“CAEFI”) in August 1997; and appointed the Chairman of LBC in November 2000 till November 2006.

He was appointed Legislative Advisor of the Financial Economic Commission ("FEC") of the National People's Congress ("NPC") for Finance Leasing Law in March 2004.

He was appointed Honorary Chairman of Leasing Committee of China Association of Used Equipment (“CAUE”)
